Marlborough, MA – The Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA) proudly announces the successful completion of a strategic realignment aimed at enhancing member services and strengthening partnerships. This transformative initiative has resulted in the elevation of key individuals and the addition of a new executive to the leadership team.
“This strategic realignment of our leadership team signifies a crucial step forward in our commitment to providing unparalleled member services and fortifying partnerships,” said CCUA President/CEO, Ron McLean. “Each of these talented individuals bring a unique set of skills and experiences that will undoubtedly contribute to the CCUA’s continued success and collaboration.”

Janelle Mullen expressed, "As the new VP of Member Engagement, I am excited to work closely with our members, understanding their needs, and creating initiatives that resonate with their interests." As a tenured CCUA leader, Dawn Roberts remarked, “Diving into the role of VP of Finance and Administration is an exciting journey to bring a renewed strategic focus to internal operations, weaving together the threads of finance and human resources to contribute to the continued success of the CCUA." While Aimee Morin added, "I am eager to take on this new role adding to the growth and efficiency of the associations’ operations that further advance the credit union movement."
David Olson, the newly appointed SVP of Strategic Partnerships, remarked, "I am honored to join the CCUA after spending the last several years working with the team as part of MemberClose. Our industry is at the intersection of traditional and technology, and I look forward to serving our credit union community in ways they have never experienced before."
