Working as a member of a cross-functional team, the Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's cybersecurity posture, leading the development and implementation of advanced security measures, and providing strategic guidance to protect our digital assets. The Member Experience Specialist is an all-encompassing essential role for the credit union. They have the opportunity to serve and engage our members from all aspects of their transactions. Through use of our sales program our Member Experience Specialists will focus on the unapparelled opportunity to identify needs to enrich our members lives while conducting routine transactions such as deposits and withdrawals. Through proper needs assessment the Member Experience Specialist will proactively offer additional products and services. Ownership of experience is crucial as the Member Experience Specialist will be a single point of contact to develop member relationships.
